Mission
The Office of Student Development Programs promotes student learning by providing leadership education, avenues for involvement, and personal growth opportunities to develop responsible individuals as engaged members of their communities.

Core Functions

  • Assist students in their transition to the University and college life.

  • Coordinate, advise and support the growth and development of student organizations, the Activities Programming Board, and the Greek community.

  • Foster an active and comprehensive campus experience through encouraging students to get involved.

  • Provide programs that encourage personal growth, address the needs of students, and compliment their academic experience.

  • Train students to become effective campus leaders and prepare them for leadership roles in their communities.
