Be Rested: Breathe and Relax

We all need adequate sleep in order to repair our bodies, consolidate memories and be alert to accomplish important tasks. This interactive workshop will allow you to practice breathing and relaxation techniques to help you relax before bed. Please wear comfortable clothing.
