Find out what’s so funny in this six-week experiential course! Learn how to apply yogic breath work, play and mindfulness to your daily life to increase your capacity for unconditional joy and improve your health/well-being. This class will include weekly lessons/discussions on the primary concepts of laughter yoga and meditation, followed by an interactive laughter yoga class and guided meditation.
Students need a yoga mat, pillow/blanket (optional), water and preferably the ability to get up and down off the floor and a chair. This is an active class; please dress appropriately.
