Despite the title, Sloba is not always slow. Heart-pumping exercises alternate with mindful stretches. Music varies from hip to meditation. Flexibility, core stability, balance and self-awareness are the main components in this unique fitness program. The instructor tailors each class to the individual needs of the attendees. Her knowledge as a massage therapist helps in addressing moving with pain, range of motion restrictions and postural habits.
