One of the primary aims of this workshop is to help students navigate their relationships (e.g., romantic, friendship, roommate), set boundaries and identify resources (e.g., Counseling Center, Title IX office, Public Safety office). College is a time of growth and exploration when students learn more about how to form and grow healthy relationships. During this time, students learn about what they like and don’t like. Therefore, it is important to learn how to set boundaries and get help if the relationship is not fulfilling their needs.
