One of the primary aims of this workshop is for students to better understand the origins of stress and how it impacts students’ overall well-being (e.g., psychological, emotional, physical). This workshop will help students identify ways to care for themselves and healthy ways to relieve stress. Overall, this workshop is designed to increase awareness of stressors that impact students and teach healthy ways to respond.
